Jack Bixler has over 30 years experience in the real estate, tenant-in-common and financial services industries. He has held sales, marketing and management positions with several prominent tenant-in-common sponsors, mutual fund, annuity and broker dealer firms. Prior to joining Banker Exchange, LLC as Marketing Director, Jack was the Regional Vice President of Sales for Argus Realty Investors and Evergreen Development. In recent years, he has also held the position of Regional Marketing Director for WNC Capital Corporation where he marketed Section 42 Housing Tax Credit Partnerships. Over his long career he has also held National Sales Manager and President positions with firms including Brauvin Real Estate Funds, Security Properties, Inc., and Robert A. McNeil Corporation.
At Banker Exchange, Jack will concentrate on the national wholesale distribution. He currently holds the NASD Series 7, 24, 63 and 65 licenses as well as the State of Ohio Life and Annuity license. |
