Josh Workman serves as Chief Operating Officer for Banker Exchange, LLC.  Josh has been responsible for re-development and re-branding efforts, and has utilized his business experience to overhaul various divisions to increase revenues and extend the client base.

Josh’s expertise and success in business management quickly lead from local management responsibilities to multi-regional management responsibilities with a national retail chain. His expertise in managing large teams of employees as well as balancing over 2600 consumer loan accounts made him a key asset in rescuing underperforming stores nationally.

As Chief Operating Officer, Josh is responsible for overseeing internal operations and strategically driving forward the overall business and company objectives. In addition, he manages the companies Human Resources and Information Technology divisions.

Josh earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Management with a minor in Financial Institutions from Clemson University.  He currently holds a South Carolina Real Estate License and the FINRA series 7 and 63 licenses, and is preparing for the Series 24 license exam.  Josh also serves as a participating member of the South Carolina Business Coalition on Health (SCBCH).
