Park Owings serves as the Account Executive for Upstate South Carolina for Banker Exchange, LLC. Park is responsible for the creation and oversight of 1031 service relationships providing on-site support for each exchange. In addition, Park will be spearheading a new initiative that will allow commercial brokers to be compensated for referrals in regard to tenant-in-common (TIC) interests as replacement property in 1031 exchanges.

Prior to joining Banker Exchange, Park was the Vice President of several companies ranging from textile marketing and suppliers to real estate commission factoring. Park is a graduate of the University of Georgia with an A.B. in Communications, where he was a member of the Men's Swimming Team. Park has previously held a South Carolina Real Estate license as well as a Certified Real Estate Appraiser (CREA) designation.

Park is actively involved as a Children's Minister at Christ Church in Greenville, as well as the head coach for the Christ Church Episcopal School Varsity swimming team. Along with sitting on several Boards of Directors locally, he is involved in various charitable activities.
